Also ideal for inflammation of the eyes, pink eye, scratched eyes and more. So easy to use, no straps, however, to keep on securely, place our organic sleep mask over the eye pad.

Get comfortable either in your easy chair or bed. Place wet or dry eye pad over your eyes for a minimum of 20 minutes, longer is better. When the eye pad is wet, it is always more effective.

Simply run the eye pad under the temperature of water you prefer (I like it hot, it feels so good!), and then squeeze out as much water as you can. The first few times that you run under the water, you will see charcoal water coming out, this is normal and totally safe.
After you have squeezed out as much water as you can, then place inside a washcloth or small towel if you want to keep the eye pad warm while you head for your favorite chair or bed.
Place the eye pad directly over your eyes and gently press so that the eye pad makes contact against your eyes and skin. for a minimum of 20 minutes, however, the longer the better and overnight is ideal.
If you are wearing the eye pad overnight, place the organic adjustable eye mask over the eyepad, adjusting if necessary to keep it secure while you sleep.
That's it! Now relax your eyes and enjoy the soothing sensation as the charcoal begins to calm your eyes.

Hang to dry when using each night. If you use only occasionally, then after drying, store in plastic baggie or sealed glass jar, such as a mason jar). I use mine often, so I just hang it in the bathroom to use again the next evening.
Your new eye pad will easily be effective up to six months when used on a daily basis. If you have an eye condition, then we recommend replacing it at least every two months.
